Vineyard with approximately 15 years old. Low production with some of the most noble varieties for rosé wine production as Touriga Nacional (80%) and Pinot Noir (20%).
The harvest took place under ideal weather conditions, in the first week of September. The grapes are properly selected, subject to direct pressing of the whole bunch with low yield. Then, alcoholic fermentation at low temperature over 15 days, followed by aging on the lees in 500-liter French oak barrels over 9 months.
Classic salmon pink color. Presents fresh notes of raspberries well combined with lightly smoked toast. In the mouth, elegant structure, with good acidity and vibrant minerality in full harmony with an enveloping creaminess derived from the stage in wood on fine lees. Serving suggestion between 12ºC and 14ºC.
