Vineyard with approximately 15 years of age. Low production with the noblest varieties for the production of white wines as Alvarinho (80%) and Chardonnay (20%).
The harvest took place under ideal weather conditions, in the first week of September. The grapes are properly selected, subject to direct pressing of whole bunch with low yield. Then, alcoholic fermentation at low temperature over 15 days, followed by aging in stainless steel for 4 months.
Citrus yellow color. With floral primary aromas and notes of fresh fruit. In the mouth, elegant structure, with good acidity and vibrant minerality. Good mouth volume, exceptionally fresh, and persistent finish. Serving suggestion between 10ºC and 12ºC.
